How do payments work?
We are flexible with payment arrangements. If you prefer to pay after each session, that’s absolutely fine and keeps things simple. If you’d rather receive a monthly invoice and pay in one go, we’re happy to accommodate that too. Payments are usually made via bank transfer, and we’ll provide clear instructions and reminders as needed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
We receive a high volume of enquiries and do our best to accommodate as many students as possible. Last-minute cancellations often leave gaps that could have been used to support other students, so we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
To help avoid missed appointments, we send reminders in the lead-up to each session, giving you time to notify us if something changes. We understand that life is unpredictable, and we’re happy to reschedule where possible when given notice. However, repeated or last-minute cancellations that impact our ability to deliver sessions may incur a charge. We genuinely love tutoring and would always rather spend our time teaching than charging for missed appointments. That’s why we really appreciate your support in giving us as much notice as possible if something comes up and you need to reschedule.
